Jason Pancoast is the founder and President of Envicon Strategic Solutions, where he leads with over 15 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, construction project management, and brownfield redevelopment across New York and New Jersey. A licensed Professional Engineer in both states, Jason brings unmatched expertise in contaminated site remediation, deep foundation systems, engineered stormwater controls, and high-stakes construction oversight.

He has managed large-scale infrastructure and redevelopment projects with construction values exceeding $200 million, including design-build remediation efforts, waterfront transfer stations, and urban mixed-use developments. Jason’s approach combines technical precision with a relentless focus on schedule, budget, and regulatory performance. He has secured expedited approvals from agencies such as NYCDEP, NYSDEC, FDNY, and USACE, and has saved clients millions through value engineering and optimized construction phasing.

Jason holds an MBA in Real Estate and Strategic Management from Rutgers Business School, as well as an M.S. in Environmental Engineering and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
